To further improve youth training and cultivate football reserve talents in Guangxi, establish our own U-series teams, and Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club has recently made frequent moves to lay out in the two major cities of Nanning and Liuzhou. By jointly establishing a youth training center and U-series teams with schools and enterprises, the club has accelerated the pace of constructing U13, U14, U15, U17, U19, and U21 six-level teams, and plans to establish more youth training centers in more cities in Guangxi.
01 Nanning: Youth Training Center Inauguration#
On January 13th, Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club and Guangxi Elite Football Club held a signing ceremony in Pingguo City for the joint establishment of U13, U14, U15, U17, U19, and U12 and below youth teams, as well as the establishment of the "Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club Nanning Youth Training Center". Wang Xiao, the Sports Director of Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club, attended the signing ceremony and presented the plaque. Some players and coach representatives from the teams also participated in the event.
According to the agreement, the two parties will jointly establish the "Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club Nanning Youth Training Center" in Nanning City, actively promote the construction of youth elite teams of Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club, improve the club's youth training framework, form a center centered around the Pingguo Football Training Base of Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club, radiating the surrounding areas, with Nanning City as the base, strengthen the promotion and exploration of local youth players in Guangxi, and select outstanding youth players nationwide.
After the establishment of the Nanning Youth Training Center, Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club will send a professional coaching team to provide high-quality training guidance for the young players stationed in the center, helping them develop their skills, tactics, and physical fitness comprehensively. Through systematic training and selection mechanisms, more young players with potential will be discovered and cultivated, providing excellent talents for the future development of football in Guangxi.
The two parties will build a youth training platform through the integration of sports and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and other channels and modes. They will use various forms such as team selection matches, "Halao Star" youth invitation matches, and participation of various level teams in national youth competitions to promote and improve the level of youth football in Guangxi. At the same time, they will improve the promotion system for elementary, middle, high school/vocational, and university/college education, integrate and develop with the youth teams of professional football clubs at all levels, and provide comprehensive guarantee services for the future development of young players in Guangxi.
02 Liuzhou: School-Enterprise Co-built Teams#
On the morning of January 17th, Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club held a signing ceremony in Liuzhou for the co-construction of the Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club U17 team with Liuzhou First Vocational and Technical School and Guangxi Xinghuo Football Club Co., Ltd.
Yu Jiangfan, Vice Principal of Liuzhou First Vocational and Technical School Education Group and Liuzhou Tourism School, stated at the signing ceremony that the tripartite cooperation and co-construction is an important measure for Liuzhou First Vocational and Technical School to implement the spirit of documents such as the "Overall Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football" and the "Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education and other 6 Departments on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football". It is conducive to further deepening the integration of sports and education, creating a new situation in the training of campus football talents, improving the training base of the campus football league elite teams and the youth football elite training system in Liuzhou, and promoting the high-quality development of campus football, and delivering more outstanding sports talent to universities and society.
Wang Xiao, the Sports Director of Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club, stated that the club will actively promote the co-construction model of the U-series teams in conjunction with the youth training and team construction of Liuzhou First Vocational and Technical School, and actively promote the further development of the integration of sports and education. They will also take the opportunity of jointly building the U17 elite team to actively explore the establishment of U19 and U21 teams in the future.
Chen Kechen, General Manager of Guangxi Xinghuo Football Club Co., Ltd., stated that as a club deeply involved in local youth training in Guangxi, they will continue to devote themselves to the development of youth training in Liuzhou football. As a standing member of the National Sports and Health Integration Community, they will continue to actively promote the co-construction of the U-series teams among the three parties and achieve complementary advantages.
03 Future: Fulfilling Social Responsibilities#
Based on the establishment of the Nanning Youth Training Center and the co-construction of the U17 team with Liuzhou schools and enterprises, Guangxi Pingguo Halao Football Club will leverage the advantages of a professional football club in the future to plan to establish more youth training centers in more cities in Guangxi, and provide corresponding channels for further education, in order to form a complete youth football player training system in Guangxi. They will actively fulfill the social responsibilities of Guangxi professional football clubs and become a benchmark for the development of football in Guangxi.
